Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established and growing client for an experienced Global Credit Control Manager. The position comes with a highly competitive salary package + free parking.

Your new role

You will manage a team of credit controllers and collectors based in Dundee who focuses on collections for UK, US, Asia and Germany. You will lead continuous improvement projects and will work closely with Regional Finance Manager's to create a standard set of global credit and collection processes and policies. You will be pivotal in building on existing processes, identifying and implementing best practise from the companies global offices and more broadly across industry and commerce globally. You will ensure the company appropriately manages credit risk, invoicing, reduce aged debt while maintaining and improving processes and policies. You will partner with key functional partners in sales and client services to create a excellent customer experience on invoicing, credit and collections.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a highly experienced Credit Control Manager who has worked within a Global business. You will possess strong people management, customer management and cross functional collaboration skills. You will have a proven track record of managing continuous improvement initiatives. You will have a strong bias for action, personal resilience, communicate with clarity and be a considerate, effective people leader. You will ideally be certified with the Chartered Institute of Credit Management Certified however this is not essential.
