Temporary (6 month contract) Billing Administrator, South Lanarkshire, Monday - Friday 8.15am - 4.45pm
Your new company
Based in South Lanarkshire, my client is seeking a billing administrator to join the team for a period of around 6 months. The hours of work are flexible, however the team have adopted a work pattern from 8.15am - 4.45pm, there is also onsite parking available.
Your new role
Reporting into the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for duties including;
- Liaising with clients around billing and invoicing process
- Generate invoices and statements
- Manage and resolve invoice queries
- Provide reports and records of invoices
- Assist credit team where necessary
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes as well as an understanding of coordination. You will be IT literate, and be an excellent communicator.
