An accounts assistant will part an important role within the accountancy team
My client is a well known company in their industry and are looking for an accounts assistant to join their growing accountancy team in East Grinstead
The main duties for the Accounts Assistant shall be:
To prepare invoices as required by the Finance Manager
To dispatch client invoices and balance sheets on a monthly basis.
To update finance excel spreadsheets on an monthly basis and as and when required
Assisting in maintaining the Purchase Ledgers
Assisting with the preparation of Year End accounts on a range of financial software
- Assisting with Management Accounts
The successful candidate shall be able to commute to East Grinstead
Ready to improve their skills within finance.
Good excel skills.
