This is a fast paced Commercial Analyst role which will sit within the Corporate Finance arena. A key focus in the role will be with Corporate Finance.

Our client is a major influence within their sector and have experienced exceptional growth over a sustained period. Due to expansion, the Company is keen to expand their Corporate Finance team further by employing a talented and commercially focused Finance Analyst. The role will be based in the Company's Head Office based near Banbury.

Description

The role of Finance Analyst will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and is key contributing factor to their commercial decision making. The role is very visible and will allow the Financial Analyst to gain wide exposure within the Commercial Finance arena whilst having an impact.

Key role functions:

Analysis of information, including financial modelling and analysis;

Performing financial due diligence, and supporting/reviewing the work of external advisors;

Preparing presentations and papers for Board and external stakeholder review;

Contract and commercial analysis to support business decision-making;

Finance Business Partnering to the wider business and looking to improve processes.
