The Job - Overview An exciting opportunity for a Part Qualified / Junior Management Accountant to join this dynamic, fast-paced group that requires people with a hands on approach. Reporting to the Financial Accountant and based in Stratford St Mary near Colchester this Management Accountant's role will include responsibility for managing all the Groups foreign subsidiaires, liaising with local bookeepers, arranging appropriate funding and ensuring group accounting policies are applied, The Job in more detail Prepare and produce Monthly accounts for all Non-UK subs Keep oversight of cash position and arrange funding Manage and reconcile groups inter-company position Ensure accurate trial balance for consolidation Monitor and maintain any GAAP variances between local & UK Assist with local filings and compliance Support local management with financial information Skill requirements Access is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate with a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will positively demonstrate the following attributes: Partly qualified accountant or partly qualified through experience You must be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and operate effectively in a fast paced evolving environment. You will have a proactive approach, inquisitive by nature with a strong eye for detail Credible and professional behaviour Computer literate Excellent communication skills Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to work in a methodical manner What does Access offer you?
