They are now currently looking to recruit a number of ambitious staff members to join their Accounts team based in New Milton. To join the accounts team as an Accounts Assistant you do not have to have a background in accounts to be successful in the role They are predominantly interested in those who are highly driven with a strong business acumen. You will be given lots of training to succeed in the role and after your probation period you can benefit from being sponsored to complete various qualifications that are applicable to your role eg AAT, ACCA ect. Main aim of the role: You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients making sure all financial records are correct through analysis and financial reporting using Excel.

- Prepare year-end financial statements - Preparing Annual Budgets - Liaise regularly with auditors - Accruals and prepayments - Replying to customer queries Again, do not worry if you do not have the experience above as you will be given the training in the role. However, this position would suit someone who is detail orientated, likes numbers and has an analytical mindset.
