The successful post holder will be responsible for: Process purchase invoices (purchase order and non purchase order related) Prepare monthly supplier payment run Supplier reconciliations Statement reconciliations Down payment processing and reconciliation Monitor parked invoices Deal with telephone enquiries Resolution of everyday queries Assist in preparation of BACS payment runs The successful post holder will have previous experience in an Accounts Payable position.
