Assistant Management Accountant

A Property management agency based in Victoria is looking for a temp to perm Assistant Management Accountant

Your new company
This is a luxury Property management agency based in the heart of Victoria SW1. This organisation work with the wealthiest individuals in the world and manage over 60 properties at one time. There is a large and friendly finance team which is lead by a very supportive director who is keen to up skill all his workers.

Your new role
Within your role you will be responsible for multiple properties. This includes purchase ledger, month end and producing CIS returns. Additionally, you will liaise directly with the owners and Housekeepers of the building.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have good communication skills, a working knowledge of accounts including the month end process and a desire to learn and take on new challenges. You will also be immediately available and keen to continue CIMA/ACCA. Ideally you will have knowledge of large ERP system.
