Accounts Receivable Team Leader

A nationwide charity is looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader based in their head office in Central London, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Your new role
You will be reporting to an Accounts Receivable Manager in a Team Leader role, responsible for developing the Accounts Receivable team. You will be managing a team of five Accounts Receivable Assistants, responsible for processing and reporting on high volumes of transactions from various income sources. You will assist in putting new processes and procedures in place, training and mentoring the team as well as liaising with key internal stakeholders to understand and ensure that the team deliver to meet expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
- Experience of working within accounts receivable
- Experience of managing a high-volume processing department to meet objectives.
- Excellent Excel skills
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Line manager or supervisory experience is essential
What you'll get in return
