Financial Controller - Ipswich - £65,000 to £75,000

Highly successful international group with offices near Ipswich, Suffolk are looking to recruit a qualified accountant with broad technical, commercial and project experience to support the continued growth of the business.

Your new role
Reporting in to the Group Finance Director the Project & Financial Planning & Analysis Controller will be part of the senior management team and will be responsible for leading change projects for the group; these can be broad and include; IT development and implementation, business acquisition and integration, business process improvement, group structuring, internal audit and risk etc.
They will manage a small team and also then work closely with other finance and operational managers, business stakeholders and Directors to fulfil the project requirement.
The Project & Financial Planning & Analysis Controller will be based in Ipswich but will be required to travel to group companies 3-4 weeks a month.


What you'll need to succeed
The Project & Financial Planning & Analysis Controller will be a qualified accountant who can demonstrate their ability and experience of running and delivering a large number of varied projects within a international business in a fast moving change environment. They will have broad technical finance and financial, planning and analysis skills, be a confident communicator who is able to influence at all levels to drive strategy and deliver on projects.
