Finance Business Partner - Group FP&A

Finance Business Partner job based in West Sussex, paying up to £65k

You will be working for a dynamic, commercial organisation based in modern offices in West Sussex, reporting to the FP&A Manager.

Your new role
You will play a vital role in supporting the FP&A function throughout the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. You will support the improvement of financial, commercial and operational knowledge through the development of appropriate tools, reports and processes, and the delivery of insightful, high quality analysis and commentary to group finance and the executive leadership team. Key responsibilities will include supporting the preparation of monthly reporting including the preparation of management accounts, commentary and analysis, supporting improved cashflow management reporting, developing business unit reporting, identifying key issues and trends, and developing a long-range planning model to develop scenarios and what-if analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with FP&A and business partnering experience gained within a commercial environment. You will have the ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving. Prerequisites also include the willingness to challenge stakeholders in order to deliver the best outcome for the group, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
