Permanent Finance Business Partner Venn Group are currently recruiting for a permanent Finance Business Partner to join an exemplary business in Oxford. You will be responsible for: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the directorate, providing analysis and insights Managing the forecasting, budget and five year planning process Building and evaluating business cases for new products and initiatives, assessing risk and return against relevant investment metrics Taking the commercial lead on projects and opportunities as required Ensuring the division performs within an effective financial operating and control environment It is expected that you will be a CCAB Qualified Accountant with demonstrable commercial experience. You should be a confident and collaborative communicator with staff at all levels whilst having the ability to present complex information coherently to all audiences.
