Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a public sector organisation in Leyland. The role is temporary and lasting a minimum of 2 months. Role: Supporting all finance functions, including management and financial accounts Frequent communication with suppliers and budget holders Assisting in the maintenance of the financial ledger Completing reconciliations and supplier statements Supporting cost saving procedures, conducting variance analysis Month end journals and bank reconciliations duties Person: Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to hit the ground running
