An exciting opportunity has just arisen with a global leader in VAT to join their Cambridge office as a VAT Manager with part time and flexible hours on offer. Working within a team of 10 VAT Technical Specialists you will become the main point of contact for VAT queries and will be a key advisor on behalf of the department explaining highly technical UK and European indirect tax issues and queries in layman's terms. As part of the VAT team you will support the less experienced VAT executives with their compliance work and will work across the other tax teams as well as keeping the VAT Director and Partner abreast on any developments with new clients. To be considered for this rare opportunity which is paying above market rate salary bandings, you will have acquired at least 3 years' experience specifically within VAT or Indirect Tax. You will have strong technical skills supported by an approachable and friendly manner regarding your client handling skills.
