Purchase Ledger £20,000 - £25,000 Enfield Permanent, Full-time Here at Huntress, I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start at an Enfield based Company. This firm has recently expanded and are willing to help grow a successful candidate who fits their positive and supportive work environment. An ideal candidate for this role will be AAT qualified or studying towards and have the following experience in these areas: 2 years Purchase ledger/ Accounts Payable experience Proven track record of liaising with suppliers Capable of Processing purchase invoices and setting up payment runs Reconciliation of supplier statements Resolve and log any invoicing queries with suppliers A strong knowledge of Excel including vLOOKUP and pivot tables Produce a monthly payment schedules Knowledge of systems such as Sage or QuickBooks Able to work and communicate affectively in team environment If this role is of interest to yourself, or you know of someone who may be interested, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can start a conversation today.
