Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant Our client is leading, international Corporation dealing primarily with pharmaceutical and medical supplies who are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant to join their accounts team. Based from their Offices in North West London, this position will be varied and will consist of the following: Reconciling online payment accounts and company bank accounts Reconciling supplier accounts Issuing refunds to customers, resolving all accounting queries with regards to the online accounts Maintaining and updating online accounts report sheets Matching, batching and coding invoices Checking price and stock discrepancies Updating and posting sales invoices Reconciling statements and preparing supplier payments Skills and attributes: Previous accounting experience essential Ability to multi task and prioritise Strong numeracy skills Excellent IT Skills (Excel) Our client is offering parking and other benefits.
