Temporary Billing Assistant, South Lanarkshire, £11.50 per hour, Monday - Friday 8.15am - 4.30pm (flexible)

Based in South Lanarkshire, my client is seeking a billing assistant on an temporary basis initially. The hours of work are flexible, however the normal hours are 8.15am - 4.30pm and the organisation has onsite parking available.
Your new role
Reporting into the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Communicating with the coordination team to ensure processes are followed
- Invoicing clients for work completed
- Dealing with queries
- Understanding contracts and implications of discrepancies
- Dealing with applications for payment
What you'll need to succeed
You will be skilled in the area of billing/invoicing and will have an understanding of contracts and applications for payments. You will be skilled in Microsoft Excel as these will be used on a daily basis.
