Accounts Assistant Birmingham Responsibilities include; Managing Accounts receivable: Raising Sales Invoices Liaising with customers and staff Producing regular statements Chasing debts Allocating Receipts Resolving any customer issues Managing Accounts Payable: Processing purchase invoices Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues Liaising with staff Producing supplier payment lists Bank Reconciliation Ledger control backup Hours of work are 9.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
