Role Responsibilities - Reconciling the Balance Sheet on a monthly basis Preparing monthly Accruals Posting monthly Prepayments Managing FAR Completing quarterly VAT returns Producing monthly management accounts Producing cashflow for Development sites Analysis budget vs actual spend with Development team Reconciling bank transactions on daily basis Creating utilization requests Managing Investor payments Producing NAV summary Any other adhoc requests from Senior Accountant/FC/FD Candidate Requirements - Minimum 3 years' experience working in Finance Part Qualified CIMA, ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Knowledge of using Netsuite would be beneficial however not essential Multi-entity experience Prior experience in Property is desired
