A Multinational Financial Services are looking for a Credit Controller to start immediately on a temporary basis for at least 3-6 months. You will report directly to the Credit Control Manager and work as part of a small team, this role will require you to facilitate the timely delivery of invoices to your designated accounts. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the timely delivery of invoices based on your ledger Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients Identify and raise client invoice/trade queries and ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner Assist clients in prioritising invoice payment to align with the payment terms Reconcile the invoice upload to the billing system Provide the Credit Control Manager with first line of support to ensure adequate reporting and transparency of aged collection invoices Skill set Strong personal organisational skills Be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Service oriented, adaptable and resilient Results oriented with personal accountability Excellent attention to detail, quality and control Skilled in Microsoft applications software - intermediate Excel level An understanding of Financial Services is desirable Please send your CV through immediately should it match your experience and skill-set.
