Our client is a small sophisticated restaurant chain based in the London City area, with 5 restaurants in the city and a thriving reputation the company has decided it is time to grow and expand. This British business is backed by a European private equity firm who has put their trust in the business to grow rapidly. To meet this demand, the business is looking for a Finance Director to join their finance team based in Central London. This role will involve extensive partnering with the UK General Manager and private equity backers so experience with P.E would be extremely beneficial. Key
Responsibilities:
Leading, developing and expanding the finance team Complete oversight of the day-today running of finance Business partnering closely with the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestones Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for new territories Offering key strategic advice and analysis in relation to international expansion and effective growth strategy Be the key point of contact to the PE Investment Manager Desired Skills and Experience: Fully qualified ACA would be advantageous MUST have PE experience Must have extensive experience in leading and developing finance functions Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills Previous experience in a rapidly growing business
