Due to continued growth a motivated Accounts Assistant is needed to join a vibrant team, working with a people-orientated Manufacturing organisation based in Dudley. This organisation is a meticulous and supportive business. The role The Accounts Assistant will be integral in the daily financial operations of this organisation. Working closely with the Financial Controller and Accounts team, you will be motivated and resourceful in order to ensure correct accounting procedures are followed. Responsibilities include: - Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Ledgers - Investigating and querying any errors - Maintaining stock records - Processing timesheets - Responding to any queries Experience required - An AAT qualification is desirable (or at least being open to working towards that) - Experience working within an Accounts role previously - IT literate with the ability to use Excel effectively - Able to work as part of a lively team - Being a self-starter and actively working with the team to progress your knowledge What's in it for you - The opportunity to work with an organisation who are looking to invest in you, the opportunity is there for financial study support. - Early finish on a Friday - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Working in a lively and positive team, creating a great atmosphere at work.
