Responsibilities:
Chase outstanding debt in accordance with payment terms Post daily receipts to the sales ledger on Paprika accounting software Produce daily reporting for CFO and Finance Manager analysing sales receipt movement Create and send monthly debtor statements to clients Weekly debtors catch ups with Finance Manager Monthly debtors catch ups with CFO Maintain an efficient filing system Respond to agency queries regarding client accounts and inward payments Liaise with clients to reconcile account discrepancies Work with the purchase ledger team regarding client funds in relation to supplier payments Assist with monthly fee billing schedule Produce draft cost invoices in line with agreed contract terms Ensure that project reconciliations agree to Paprika accounting software records Respond to agency queries regarding client billings Skills & Qualifications: Recent (2019) graduate Confident communicator and sociable Good written and verbal English Proactive and mathematical (no previous accounting experience required) Takes an interest in the business and works hard to achieve the best outcomes Trace is an innovative recruitment consultancy.
