To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient running of the purchase ledger, sales / general ledger, VAT / IVA and Treasury / Bank. Ensure that real-time VAT / IVA reports are prepared and submitted Provide addition support for purchase ledger duties, including petty cash, credit cards and other expense claims; supporting the daily bank reconciliation for all bank accounts; and providing additional support for verification of parts/sub contract invoices and coding invoices once approved Assisting with ad hoc reports and other duties What skills and experience do I need to demonstrate?
