Sports Direct has two vacancies within the Purchase Ledger Department, who will report into the Group Establishments AP Supervisor. You will be part of a large team working at the hub of the business and expected as a team to process approximately 10,000 invoices a month across many suppliers both in the UK and Europe. You will also be expected to take ownership of selected accounts, ensuring they are well managed, reconciled and any issues resolved in a timely professional manner. Key Duties Matching and Coding invoices into the Coda Dream account system Processing Purchase Orders Carrying out data entry, scanning and filing Liaising with credit controllers and account managers to resolve discrepancies Ensuring Invoices are processed in a timely manner, ready for payment as per payment terms Monthly reconciliations of accounts and statements Support others within your team when required Key Skills Excellent communicator with experience of working in an Accounts environment Good knowledge of Processing Invoices and Credit Notes Flexible approach to tasks and able to manage their own workload Experience in Word and Excel applications A good eye for detail with an enthusiastic approach Ability to work well under pressure Fluent in English both verbally and written Be organised and have a good telephone manner
