At Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service we are continually expanding our Specialist services, we are now seeking to recruit a full time Credit Controller to join our busy Admin Team at our stunning state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located in Shirley, West Midlands. If you are you looking for a dynamic and fast-paced role within an evolving team, then look no further Willows are looking for a Credit Controller with strong administration experience to join our fantastic team supporting and caring for both our vets and clients alike. The role encompasses many different responsibilities including processing of pet insurance claims/queries following these through to account completion, as well as some administration. A degree of flexibility and teamwork will be required to meet the varying needs. A minimum of two years experience, good communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, must be computer literate and have the ability to manage conflicting priorities. The ability to work under pressure and remain positive, professional, friendly and a genuine concern for clients and their pets are of the utmost importance. Salary: £18k - £21,000 Salary negotiable and dependent on experience, a prestigious, pleasant working environment, contributory pension scheme, free uniform plus ongoing training, will be offered to the right candidate.
