Client Details

Growing SME with multiple sites in Surrey


  • Being part of and overseeing a small finance team responsible all day to day accounting and finance matters

  • Production of month end management accounts

  • Reporting to the board (monthly management accounts, weekly sales updates)

  • For all financial accounting and reporting requirements (these responsibilities include implementation of accounting policy, internal and external financial reporting, internal controls and coordination with external auditors ).

  • Business performance overview including monitoring of KPIs and liaison with MD to take corrective actions

  • Production of annual budget and business plan

  • Control over cash and investments - including cash flow forecasting

  • To monitor and maximise cost savings/efficiencies at head office and across the group

  • Provide business support to the MD on non routine key business matters

  • To work in conjunction with the Managing Director to contribute to the strategic direction of the Company

  • To be the primary contact with external auditors

  • To work closely with the management team to ensure best practice accounting practices are implemented within all centres

  • To maintain integrity and accuracy of financial accounts through detailed review and monitoring of controls


  • Qualified ACMA/ACCA./ACA with relevant commercial experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role

Job Offer

£50,000 - £65,000
