Alexander Daniels are working a lovely privately owned business located in Coventry who are looking to employ an enthusiastic team-player to act as an Accounts Assistant. Seeking an individual with previous accounts experience with the ambition to develop their career in the long-term. Based in our Coventry office, this role would be ideal for someone looking to gain exposure across the whole Accounts function. For the right individual, study support towards AAT may be offered. The position will hold the following

responsibilities:
Posting Purchase Invoices Reconciliation of Supplier Statements and preparing monthly supplier payment reports Posting of Cash Receipts to Sales Ledger Monthly Bank Reconciliations Reconcile Credit Card statements and prepare journals for posting to Sage Credit Control Working within Arden's CRM to raise Mobile Phone Sales Invoices Maintenance of Mobile Hardware Funds Desired capabilities: Experience using Sage 50 Accounts Professional Proficient ability with Microsoft Excel Experience within the IT and/or Telecoms industries Currently working within an Accounts department Already studying towards AAT or any accounting qualification
