I am pleased to be partnering with a creative Organisation based in Central Bristol who are constantly driving to achieve significant results. They are looking for a Payroll administrator to join their enthusiastic team.

Description

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the monthly payroll process
• Set up new starters and leavers
• Assist employees with any queries (talk them through any problems)
• Liaise with other members of staff with any changes
• Check and enter correct information for employees onto the payroll system
• Check tax codes and deductions
• Calculate holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay etc
• Issue P45's and other tax forms
• Assist with other areas of payroll within the Organisation

• Payroll exposure/experience
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Team-player
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Respect confidential information
• Good IT skills, experience in using excel
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
