This boutique property developer has seen some fantastic projects delivered by the in-house design team, with the scale of developments increasing over the years to larger scale, multiple unit residential and now commercial projects. With an established track record, their footprint and market share continue to grow with a developing commercial team identifying and securing exciting new investments. To facilitate further growth this new job vacancy has come about.

Your new role
Directly supporting the deals team and senior management, you'll work in partnership with the front office to produce financial modelling and performance analysis to assess new property development and investment opportunities. You'll produce detailed deal specific financial analysis in support of transaction recommendations and business partner with Commercial Real Estate, Investor Relations and Finance departments.

What you'll need to succeed
A fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking their first move out of practice, you will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA accounting qualification and ideally have a background in Corporate Finance or M&A. With the ability to influence and share knowledge a key to this position's success, your communication skills will be excellent, and you will be able to demonstrate a robust and confident character during commercial interactions. Financial modelling, investment appraisal and transactions experience will be obvious in your background, as will ideally a knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £70,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of an organisation with a good track record, and a business that will allow autonomy and exposure to both internal senior stakeholders and clients. This position will also be a great foundation to facilitate a move into a front office role down the line. Based in their central London offices, it's easily accessible from around the city.
