Accounts Assistant Role Based in Macclesfield Paying up to £20000

A brilliant and well-established distribution company based in Macclesfield are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic and fast paced finance team. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller you will play an integral part in the day to day running of the finance function.
Your new role
The duties of the Accounts Assistant will include but not be limited to: Posting external and internal purchase invoices and correctly coding, reconciliation of supplier statements, obtaining missing invoices, posting sales invoices, petty cash postings and reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties that the financial controller requires assistance with.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working within an accounts environment and you must have experience using a Sage accounting system, you will need to possess good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, you will have a 'can do' attitude and a flexible approach to your work and you will need to be proficient in all Microsoft packages.
