EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager for a financial services firm based in the city of London - £70,000 - £90,000

This company is a leading financial services firm operating in a wide range of countries and with their headquarters in central London. They are a hugely successful company who give a huge amount back to their employees.
Your new role
You will be heading up the global Payroll & Benefits division, managing a small team of experience professionals. You will be overseeing the running of the in-house UK payroll as well as managing external international payroll vendors. Management of the Benefits is also key to this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a wealth of experience in international payroll, good people management experience, good payroll systems and payroll project experience and be ready to be hands on in the end to end payroll process.
