With the recent growth of the company, this is a brand new role to join an ambitious and growing property business. The Financial Reporting Manager role is a great opportunity for a newly qualified, hard working and personable accountant looking for a first move into Industry.

Client Details

An ambitious and acquisitive business, based in Leeds City Centre. Due to recent business growth, this is a new role within their expanding finance team.

Description

The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for:

  • Financial Analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Production and development of key performance indicators
  • Year end audit reporting
  • Systems oversight and process management
  • Group reporting
  • Supporting acquisitions including due diligence and integration of new businesses
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Line management of 2 direct reports

Profile

The successful Financial Reporting Manager will be:

  • ACA qualified with experience within Audit (ideally looking for a 1st move into Industry)
  • Previous experience in corporate reporting
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels
  • Be hard working and ambitious
  • Have previous experience of managing junior employees
  • Motivated to learn and develop

Job Offer

£35-42,000 plus benefits
