Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant Based in Stoke on Trent Temp to Perm Immediate Starts Available
Your new company
Your new company are local and well known and are looking for 2 x accounts/purchase ledger's to join their team immediately on a temp or temp to perm basis.
Your new role
Purchase Ledger - This role is for an immediate start on a temporary ongoing basis, for a candidate with the below experience who can hit the ground running;
- Process invoices
- Posting invoices
- Sage 50 processing
Accounts Assistant - This role is for an immediate start on a temp to perm basis, for an all round accounts candidate who has some of the following experience but willing to learn more;
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Profit and loss
- Balance sheets
- Assisting with audit preparation
- Payroll projects
What you'll need to succeed
You will have the above previous experience and be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in a very busy environment. You will have the experience in order to get the invoices processed in a timely manner. You will have good working knowledge of Sage 50 experience and good working Excel skills.
