Accounts Assistant Job - £8.50 - £9.00 - per hour - Temporary 3 month contract- Bridgend

My growing small to medium enterprise organisation is seeking assistance in their accounts department in the form of an accounts assistant. The role is originally to cover sickness and will be focusing on the sales ledger.
Your new role
Raising purchase orders, matching to purchase invoices and posting on Sage
Reconciling Supplier statements, preparing payment runs at the end of the month
Preparing paperwork for Sales invoices
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of purchase & sales ledger processing within accounting software packages - SAGE would be ideal
Excellent IT skills especially Microsoft excel, word and outlook
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills that are appropriate for various levels of management, staff, contractors and clients
Must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Good team-working skills including commitment and flexibility
Analytical and problem solving approach
