Our partner aims to create opportunities for Cambodian women, allowing them to become socially, politically and economically independent, to live without fear, violence and exploitation. This is achieved through providing an alternative means of employment, making handicrafts - such as scarfs, throws and cushions - which are sold for profit.

You will begin with a internal review of their current accounting systems, procedures and controls. You will be making and implementing recommendations for best practice and training the Accounts Assistant as needed, coaching her in the basic finance management principles as well. 

Our partner would also like your support in preparing a 3 year financial plan starting 2020. They would like to review their business plan, costing and financial reporting on sales and production. They would also like to improve their stock management systems.
