This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a well renowned organisation where you pivital in managing the processing on invoices, making sure that all invoices are raised to the correct terms and resolving any invoice disputes in a timely manner.

Client Details

You will be joining a large international organisation who are one of the market leaders within their industry.They are proud to have a number of worldwide famous brands as their customers and due to continued growth they are now looking to expand the current finance team.


As a sales ledger administrator your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure invoices are posted to customers on a daily basis
  • Address invoice queries inline with agreed procedures
  • Logging of invoices queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all receipts are posted to the sales ledger
  • Producing credit notes
  • Reconciliation


The successful candidate will have the following

  • Previous sales ledger experience - Essential
  • Strong attention to detail skills - Essential
  • Excellent invoice resolution skills - Essential
  • Strong communication skills - Essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well being able to manage own workload - Essential
  • Good IT and excel skills - Essential

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £18,000 - £20,000 + 25 days holiday + free parking + pension
