Our client are a large Media company based in the City of London near to Old Street roundabout.
They are specifically looking for a candidate that can help with a backlog of purchase invoices, and are happy to train someone who has a basic knowledge of purchase ledger.
They are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 months payables experience and a good understanding of how purchase ledger works. Aside from this, they are happy to train and offer support to the successful candidate.
This role, Junior Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary role), involves
- Reporting into the Payables Manager
- Working in a large team in finance
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Dealing with missing POs
- Attaching missing POs to the correct invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing the payment run
- Accountancy focused
- Paid hourly
- Based in the City of London
The candidate we are looking for, Junior Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary role), must:

2. Immediately available to start a new role this week
