At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a high growth, well funded care tech startup, hiring an Account Manager to join their team, as their first Account Management hire.

As the first Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships, taking over this from the Founder and the Founding Sales Lead.

About the role

As Account Executive, you will:

• Own new client relationships from point of signature with sales.
• Understand the business needs and growth plans of your clients (care homes).
• Work cross functionally with colleagues in Sales and Operations.
• Own revenue generation and growth with each client account.
• Build and develop an account management playbook.

About you

As Account Manager, you’ll need:

• To be highly organised, able to manage 50-100 customer accounts at any one time.
• To be able to convey fairly complex information in an understandable manner to customers.
• Prior experience in a revenue generating Account Management role.
• Experience working with or selling to care home providers would be an advantage.
• Any experience in a high growth, early stage startup environment would be beneficial.
