TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Team Leader: PLH within the Financial Services division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead and manage the PLH (Personal Lines Hub) team to achieve department goals
Ensure excellent client service and maintain high customer satisfaction
Monitor performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
Ensure compliance with relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage workflows, allocate tasks, and maintain operational efficiency
Conduct regular team meetings and ensure clear communication of objectives
Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities for the team

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric / Grade 12
Relevant degree / diploma
3-5 years' experience in the Insurance services industry
Proficient in MS Office suite
Strong understanding of insurance policies, processes and regulations
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
