This fantastic opportunity is for a part-qualified accountant who wishes to gain experience in accounts preparation across a diverse portfolio of clients in various sectors. The role is office-based and within a friendly team that will support the applicant through their studies towards ACA or ACCA. It is a dynamic role which will challenge and reward in equal measure with room for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

* Preparation of draft Financial Statements for all business types for Partner review

* Liaising with clients as and when necessary, by phone and email

* Preparation of VAT returns for multiple business types

* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

* The preparation of management accounts and assisting Senior Accountants and Partners with unique tax planning situations

Qualifications/Skills

* You must be minimum AAT qualified and working towards ACA or ACCA qualification

* Experience of working within a Private Practice

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
