FINANCE ASSISTANT (PURCHASES)
Full Time, throughout the year
Claremont Fan Court School is a vibrant, independent school in Esher, Surrey, known for providing a nurturing and dynamic environment for both students and staff. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Finance Assistant (Purchases) to join our finance team.
The finance assistant (purchases) will play a crucial role supporting the assistant management accountant with managing the day-to-day tasks of the purchase ledger, including processing purchase invoices via YOOZ, reconciling statements to the ledger and the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts. They will also support the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week throughout the year. We are flexible with start and finish times between the working hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
The successful applicant hold an AAT level 2 Certificate in Accounting, a recognised bookkeeping or similar qualification. We are looking for a strong team player with previous experience of working in accounts and purchasing, with excellent communication skills and a high degree of accuracy.
