Credit Controller | £25k+ DOE | Wirral

Credit Controller role being recruited for a business based in Wirral. The successful candidate will get the chance to work for an award-winning business that is part of a large, growing group, offering employees a great working environment that will challenge and develop them.

The Role

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Chasing outstanding debt by telephone, letter and email
• Managing accounts, providing a first class customer service
• Cash allocation and bank reconciliations
• Raising invoices, sending to customer and updating the receivables ledger
• Statement reconciliations
• Dealing with queries
• Processing payments

About You:

• Strong credit control experience
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Experience working in a high volume, target driven environment
