Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a varied portfolio of clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their development
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
- Identify opportunities for business development and process improvements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in external audit within an accountancy firm
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and clients
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
