The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business, planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing financial reporting, and leading a high-performing finance team

What will you do as Financial Controller?
Strategic Business Planning, develop & implement business plans, budgets & financial forecasts Provide financial insights to support organisational decision-making and growth objectives Execute the end-to-end financial operations & manage cash flow Complete payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations Manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance Knowledge of accounting principles, corporate governance, and tax regulations
What do you need as Financial Controller?
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets. Proficiency in Sage200, Sage50 payroll, CRM software Ability to identify new opportunities and drive initiatives forward Fully qualified accountant is essential, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA Job ID: 9013
