Payroll Officer

• Temp with a view to Perm | Mon - Fri 38 hours per week
• $45.00 - $50.00 per hour + Super
• Mascot location | Large Global leader in the freight transport and logistics industry

About the Company
Located in Mascot our client is a global leader in the freight transport and logistics Industry with multiple sites across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and PNG.

About the role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working closely with the wider HR team you will join a business that offers a great team culture, where people are friendly and supportive and enjoy coming to work. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Contribute to the completion of a weekly and monthly payroll
• Respond to payroll related enquiries
• Payroll reporting, both routine and ad-hoc as requested by your stakeholders
• Reconciliation of payroll including Superannuation and PAYG
• Process terminations and new starters

About you

• Have previous experience with end to end Payroll in a similar position
• Previous experience with Kronos system for Time & Attendance is essential
• Preceda payroll software experience preferred, not essential
• Available for an asap start
• Ability to interpret Awards and EBA's
