Oliver Smith Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a consultancy firm in Glasgow who are looking to recruit an immediate Management Accountant.

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Processing monthly management accounts journals
• Preparing monthly management accounts reconciliations schedules
• Supervisory support to 3 transactional clerks with e.g. bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, processing expenses, purchase ledger, sales ledger etc.
• Collaborating with team to build and manage financial data rooms related to fund raising
• Updating finance system notes and suggesting best practice to improve systems

The successful Accountant will have at least 2+ years experience working within an SME business, have strong experience on both sides of the ledger as well have assisted with month end preparations including balance sheet reconciliations.

Interviews will be held next week.
