We're seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join a rapidly expanding team at a dynamic, client-focused accountancy firm in Milton Keynes. In this role, you'll be a key player in planning, executing, and completing audits for a variety of clients.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, fieldwork, and completion of audits across a varied client portfolio.
• Produce audit reports and ensure timely delivery to the Audit Manager.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, reviewing their work and encouraging their growth.
• Work on audits for specialised sectors, ensuring compliance with sector-specific regulations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing a high level of service and identifying opportunities to add value.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent with a solid background in audit and accounts.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with exposure to different client types, including regulated sectors (Charities, FCA, Solicitors).
• Strong technical knowledge, especially with auditing standards, and the ability to apply these in a practical, client-focused way.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and juniors.
• A proactive approach, with the ambition to contribute to the department's growth.
