Venari Finance are delighted to bring to market a newly created Commercial Finance Assistant. This role will report directly into the Head of Finance Business Partnering and will provide great exposure across the business.
Our client is looking to attract an ambitious and career driven individual with formal qualification support on offer with the package.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
CAPEX exposure
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
Liaise with internal departments.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Skills
Degree Educated
Strong numerical proficiency with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is desirable but not essential.
Package:
£28,000-£30,000
Funding of formal accountancy qualification
