CMA are currently working with a very successful and reputable business who boast continued growth within their industry sector. Joining a long standing accounts team, they are looking to appoint into a Assistant Accountant into a newly created role due to their growth across multiple divisions. This is an office based role. As the Assistant Accountant, you will be producing accounts for the group entities across key trading areas. This role will requires relevant management accounts experience coupled with relevant accounting qualifications, ideally ACCA or CIMA.

What will the Assistant Accountant role involve

Cash book and bank reconciliations for all group companies
Processing month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Reporting for companies across the group
Supporting the financial and cash flow forecasting process
Company wide reporting
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy:

Relevant experience within a similar role
Either AAT qualified and/or actively studying CIMA or ACCA
Strong analytical/reporting skills to include cash flow forecasting
